Staff management app with payroll features, including punch-in/out, biometrics, and personalization, to provide a seamless experience. My contribution was to build an automation feature that helped businesses run salary credits and deductions based on variables such as late entry, breaks, early out, and overtime. The feature was highly requested by more than 90% of businesses and increased the biometric subscription rate by approximately 50% once implemented. I developed the frontend UI and Rest Endpoints, liaising closely with cross-functional teams from product, engineering, and design.

JOYN (Canada): A co-creation platform built on the blockchain using Web3 technology and NFTs to store and transfer ownership and value. Working within a remote product, design, and engineering team, I developed features from scratch, including a custom polls feature to increase user interaction and engagement. I also helped develop a WYSIWYG editor on top of the existing library using <insert programing language here> with many customized features to improve the end-user experience. Other features include: • Login compatibility to support crypto wallets e.g Metamask & Coinbase. • Support rendering and fast loading times for user contest submissions of high-res media files without compromising the quality of render through smart compression. • On-going front-end UI implementation, liaising with design to build a high-quality product rapidly.

Protocol Builder: Design and build advanced data-driven applications for medical clients' cell processing devices. My responsibilities were on the front-end and back-end application development, focusing on improving the experience for data scientist users. The team and I built a feature to remove the need for users to submit manual XML files as inputs to the cell processing devices. This initiative successfully: • Reduced 90% of the manual input work required by the user. • Lowered form-filling time to less than 10 minutes. • Reduced the error ratio of XML syntax issues to zero.
